Menya uko wavurwa imyakura ugakira neza
Kuvura ibibazo by'imyakura (nerve issues) bitandukana bitewe n'uburemere bw'ikibazo ndetse n'icyateye uburwayi. Ibikorwa byo kuvura imyakura bishobora gukorwa hifashishijwe uburyo bukurikira:
1. Imiti
